Terms of Service — Adonis Global

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Adonis Global platform at travel.adonisgroup.us. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01 About Us

Adonis Global Ltd ("Adonis Global", "we", "us", or "our") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17270636, with its registered office at Unit 82a, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE.

We operate an online marketplace platform ("Platform") that connects travellers ("Guests") with independent local guides and tour operators ("Guides") who offer travel experiences, tours, adventures, and related services ("Experiences").

02 Marketplace Nature — Important

    Adonis Global is a technology platform, not a travel agency.

    We do not own, operate, manage, or control any Experience listed on the Platform. All Experiences are offered directly by independent Guides. Adonis Global acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate bookings between Guests and Guides.

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that:

Adonis Global is not a party to the contract between you and the Guide.
Adonis Global is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Experience.
Any contract for an Experience is formed directly between the Guest and the Guide.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

04 User Accounts

To book or list Experiences, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

05 Guide Responsibilities

Guides who list Experiences on the Platform agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date descriptions of all Experiences.
Hold all required licences, permits, and insurance as required by applicable local law.
Ensure that Experiences are conducted safely and as described.
Comply with all applicable health, safety, and consumer protection regulations.
Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.

Adonis Global reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any Guide account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

05A Guide Verification & Accountability

Adonis Global collects and maintains verified identity information and physical address details for all Guides listed on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, government-issued identification, contact details, and residential or business address.

This information is retained securely and may be disclosed to:

Relevant legal authorities or law enforcement agencies, upon valid legal request.
Travellers (Guests) pursuing legitimate legal claims arising from an Experience.
Insurance providers or dispute resolution bodies, where applicable.

    By registering as a Guide on the Platform, you explicitly consent to the collection, retention, and potential disclosure of your verified identity and address information for the purposes of traveller protection and legal accountability.
  

This verification process is designed to protect Guests and to ensure that all Guides can be held accountable under applicable law. Adonis Global reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any Guide who fails to provide accurate verification information.

06 Guest Responsibilities

Guests using the Platform agree to:

Review Experience descriptions, requirements, and cancellation policies before booking.
Assess their own fitness, health, and suitability for any Experience, particularly adventure activities.
Comply with the Guide's instructions during the Experience.
Treat Guides and other users with respect.

07 Bookings and Payments

When you book an Experience, you enter into a direct agreement with the Guide. Adonis Global processes payments on behalf of Guides as a payment collection agent only.

Prices displayed on the Platform are set by individual Guides and may include applicable taxes and fees. Adonis Global may charge a service fee on top of the Guide's listed price, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

08 Cancellations and Refunds

The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through the Platform:

More than 48 hours before the Experience: Guest may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
48 hours or less before the Experience: No refund will be issued. The booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Guide: Guest will receive a full refund regardless of timing.

    No-Show Policy: If a Guest fails to appear at the agreed time and location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
  

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy. The 48-hour window is calculated from the scheduled start time of the Experience in the local time zone where it takes place.

In cases of significant misrepresentation, proven safety failure, or complete non-performance by a Guide, Guests may submit a formal dispute to Adonis Global at legal@adonisgroup.us. We will review all disputes in good faith within 7 business days.

09 Adventure Activities — Risk Warning

    ⚠ Important Notice for Adventure Experiences

    Some Experiences on this Platform involve adventure activities (including but not limited to hiking, climbing, diving, rafting, and similar activities) which carry inherent risks of injury or death. By booking such Experiences, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Adonis Global strongly recommends obtaining appropriate travel and activity insurance before participating.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
Circumvent the Platform to book directly with a Guide found through the Platform (during the first 12 months after initial introduction).
Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design on the Platform is the property of Adonis Global Ltd or its licensors. Guides retain ownership of their listing content but grant Adonis Global a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adonis Global shall not be liable for:

Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any Experience.
Any acts or omissions of Guides or Guests.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Platform downtime, errors, or data loss.

Adonis Global's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adonis Global Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your conduct towards other users.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
